Who is YoPro Global?
YoPro Global was started in May of 2011 in Dublin, Ireland. In March, 2012, YoPro Global established its US operation in an effort to expand its global young professional community to the US market. YoPro provides an online platform for young professionals, ages 21-40 from every industry and interest to meet, network and foster personal and professional relationships. Couple this with YoPro’s networking brand, EYP, and those online relationships are taken offline in a safe and engaging environment. Our mission is simple: provide an online and in-person forum for ambitious, driven and knowledge-minded young professionals to meet, develop and advance socially and professionally, worldwide.
What does YoPro Global Do?
With the goal of giving young professionals the opportunity to meet, build relationships and establish a support structure as they begin their careers, move jobs or locations, or return to school, we focus on building a safe community of young professionals where individuals can grow and develop personally and professionally with the support of their new friends. Our responsibility is to provide the online platform and design the in-person events that not only make this possible, but elevate it to a valuable experience that surpass members’ expectations.
How does this Concept of Networking Work?
YoPro Global provides members with the opportunity to create an online profile. This profile allows others to learn more about the interests and personal stories members wish to share. Based on these completed profiles, members can search for other professionals who share their interests, passions or who they simply want to meet, get to know or build a professional relationship with. It’s about meeting that person who you don’t yet know.
Monthly, the EYP brand of the YoPro family will coordinate and host creative, interactive events in local metropolitan cities around the world for members to meet in-person, socialize and have fun. Whether members choose to attend alone or arrange to meet someone they met online, everyone is treated to an interactive event with facilitated-networking by the hosts, so no one leaves the event without having met someone else.
In cities without an EYP brand, or in cases when there is no EYP event taking place, YoPro intends to partner with other young professional organizations that also host events, to give members an opportunity to still meet in person, network and build relationships.
EYP

One of the ways in which YoPro Global supports the success of its members is through networking. EYP is a global brand that hosts creative and innovative networking events in local cities around the world. Originally started in Bangkok in 2005, and by 2010, EYP communities were established in London by Nick Jonsson, Rune Sovndahl, Ronny Ellefsen and other team members, eventually led by James Swanston, then Dublin by Ty Richardson and Barcelona by Damien Bruneau. After a prolonged period of absence in London and Barcelona, and with the success of Dublin, in 2011, European Young Professionals London, Dublin and Barcelona were incorporated into YoPro Global and rebranded as EYP, serving every young professional.
Combining YoPro Global’s commitment to supporting the success of young professionals, and the community experiences offered by EYP, young professionals are provided a platform to meet, network, engage and build relationships. Whether you are looking to develop personally, professionally, get that new job, get a promotion, go back to school, be a part of a community or gain business contacts, check out YoPro Global today and be a part of an exclusive community of young professionals. Contact us for more information.
Active EYP Communities exist in Dublin, Ireland and London, England as of April 2012. Dallas, Texas is due to begin operations in May, 2012. Currently, there is an EYP network in Barcelona, Spain and Bangkok, Thailand however no teams are present currently in those cities.
