Dr. Ty Richardson is a community builder, entrepreneur, and public servant committed to creating pathways for leadership, visibility, and opportunity for the next generation. His passion for developing young professionals began during his career in corporate America, where he served on the founding leadership team that launched GenNow, the first Young Professional Employee Resource Group at American Airlines. Since then, he has dedicated much of his work to connecting emerging leaders with mentorship, professional development, and platforms for growth. He previously served as Chair of the Rising Leaders Council at the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and led the Emerging Executive Council at the Tower Club Fort Lauderdale, helping create spaces for leadership development, business relationship-building, and civic engagement among South Florida professionals.

As Founder and CEO of YoPro Global Foundation, Dr. Richardson now leads a growing ecosystem of initiatives focused on storytelling, entrepreneurship, leadership development, and community impact. His work spans partnerships, coaching, finance, media platforms, youth development programs, and cultural initiatives across the Caribbean and the United States, and the expansion of Animae Caribe into Broward County. He continues to serve the community through leadership and board involvement with multiple organizations and membership communities, including the 1% Singles Society. Based in Fort Lauderdale, Dr. Richardson is passionate about strategic planning, community-building, travel, and creating platforms that help people move from overlooked potential to visible impact.
